Music Video - You Have Forgotten Me/Du Har Glemt Mig

Had the real joy this winter of producing a set of music videos for the Swedish/Danish duo of accomplished musicians SheppardKarlsson. The first video, 'Du har glemt mig' is out now and embedded below. I have to say it was a real inspiration to work with their music.

The video was shot at different locations around Jutland, Denmark. The dramatic coastal shots are from a giant sand dune off the west coast of Jutland by the abandoned lighthouse Rudbjergknude fyr. This area is one of my favorite areas for landscape photography in Jutland, or just "recreational imaging" in general, as can be seen here, here and here.

Also in processing I used different elements from HolyGrain including a 16mm grain overlay and som microscratches and dirt. The full package is simply awesome at the price, and highly recommendable. In addition to adding both subtle and not-so-subtle moods and tones to your piece, you can quite efficiently combat banding in gradations with this :-)

The whole video was shot on Panasonic GH2's and 5d MK2. The GH2 was hacked with LPowells Flow Motion v2 which turns the GH2 into a veritable resolution beast, especially in 24p mode.
